Rising from the ashes

It is the pain and despair which brings out a true hero. I know one – BATMAN.
Batman stands for fighting justice, for making sacrifices for a cause, a character that is not looking for stardom, a character that just stands for what we all should believe. Batman has emotions, has suffered tragedy, lost people he loved. He is still out there for others. A hero always emerges from sacrifices they make. That’s why they appeal to us for the strength, courage and most importantly acceptance of most important theory – Selfless Society Service.

Somewhere deep within we all want to be like this superhero, but we find ourselves way aloof struggling with non sensible issues- primarily materialistic. Our ambition turns us coward when required to show courage and be a hero. What we lack most is the will to give up on what we have and stand for what would be called selfless love. We have accepted hold of stronger monarchy system and we need whip to cry and move on.

I watched Dark Knight Rises today. It is an amazing movie. The way I define best is – Brilliant! Post watching the movie I felt this deep void. It was void for a brilliant movie that came to an end with no hope to be reminded of what Batman stands. Void for living a shallow life where small materialistic purchases keeps us going but small charity/ social causes….let me not say it. I am guilty for being no exception than most of us reading this.

Batman has taught me few lessons over period of time-
1.       Anybody can do it. You don’t need super power. You need character.
2.       Think of bigger cause
3.       Where there is will, there is way.
4.       You must have fear. They keep pushing you for more that you can achieve. Keeps you in fighting mode always.
5.       Don’t be afraid to trust.
As for me, Dark Knight Rises was not an end. It was actually ‘rising from the ashes’….
